As a customer you agree that you have every right to place the order on our website for the products so that we can create the products on your behalf. Also, you agree that you are of legal age and can present yourself in judicial proceedings if you need to.

In no way shall our Total Liability increase more than the amount paid to us for your order or requested service.
In no event shall Premium Custom Boxes or its licensors, suppliers, or vendors, their officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether or not Premium Custom Boxes has been advised of the possibility of damage, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the site or of failure to provide products or services that you order from Premium Custom Boxes or its affiliates, including without limitation, damages arising from mistake, omission, virus, delay, or interruption of service. in no event shall Premium Custom Boxes be liable or responsible for any damages or consequences arising from or related to your inappropriate or unauthorized use of this site or its content.
In case there is any fault in your product that it is not according to your specification, you need to inform Premium Custom Boxes within 2 working days after you receive your product. In case of any faulty printing, we reprint the original order but money is not refunded. Products are thoroughly checked by our management team. The customers are responsible to send us photos of the defect at their own expense within 7 days in order for us to reprint the order.
In order for the customer to get reprints and replacements, the customer must return at least 99% of the products at their own expense within 10 business days after delivery.
Urgent orders have charges which are non-refundable.
Payment, Order Placement, Cancellations:
The prices mentioned on our websites are in US Dollars or USD. Premium Custom Boxes starts working on your products once it receives the total payment due through an authenticated payment method.
The order placement is complete when you finish the form of products and services through soft or hard copy that mentions what the customer needs Premium Custom Boxes to do for them. Once the printing task is sent to the press no changes are made to anything. We can still cancel your order within a limited time duration of 4 hours after proof approval. In case you use our design services then cancelation after 4 hours will result in 20% deduction of the total payment of your order. Cancellation at this point will charge you $30 and 5% of the total payment of your order. The customers can also cancel orders after 24 hours but that will cost them 50% of the total payment of the order so Premium Custom Boxes can recover the cost of any wasted resources. If the order has already been shipped it cannot be cancelled.
Orders cannot be cancelled due to delays in printing or shipping processes that are beyond the direct control of Premium Custom Boxes.
Premium Custom Boxesrequires all artwork and design images in CMYK format and a minimum resolution of 300DPI otherwise Premium Custom Boxes will not be responsible for any printing errors such as blurred printing or printing that is different than your demand.
The customer is responsible for any content provided in combination with images, graphics, text or any other material the customer incorporates in their products.
Premium Custom Boxes reserves the right to decline an order in case it is considered unlawful or violates any third parties. When the order is placed you as the customer accept all liability of the material created on your direction. Premium Custom Boxes will not print anything offensive, abusive or indecent.
PremiumCustomBoxes™ may preserve Content and may also disclose Content if required to do so by law or in the case that such disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the terms of service; (c) respond to claims that the Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of PremiumCustomBoxes™, its users and the public; (e) any conflict with our other clients.
The placement of order includes a digital form of products and servicescustomers’ needs fromPremium Custom Boxes. The Form includes final artwork and job specification sheet which needs to be approved by the customer once an order has been placed. The customer is responsible for reviewing the details mentioned in the specification sheet. Once the agreement is sent to us the printing task is sent to the press department. It is the customers responsibility to read and examine the proofs. Also, you should remember the turnaround time mentioned on the site after the final form is submitted. PCB is not responsible for any specifications and requirements beyond what are mentioned in the final specification sheet.
Screen proofs predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement but not color or density. PCB will try to match the gradient density of each color in duo-tune. PCB is not liable for the final appearance of a duo-tone unless the customers orders a color matched proof. In addition, application of lamination may affect or change the appearance of the printed colors. PCB is not liable for the final color appearance of a laminated product(s).
The final color to be printed is taken from the artwork and design submitted to us by the customer and we cannot guarantee that the color will be exactly the same due to limitations of the printing process and the ink used. By placing the order, you agree that Premium Custom Boxes cannot be held responsible for such color inaccuracies between the expected and final product. We will not reprint the product for such color alterations which are caused by system limitations. Premium Custom Boxes will guarantee color accuracy if you demand a hard proof. Hard proofs are charged extra by Premium Custom Boxes.
In the case of any errors in the final printed product which falls under the mentioned errors, Premium Custom Boxes will not be held responsible for:
Any spelling, grammar or font mistakes
Percolating marks and graphic punctuation
Cracks in folds, cropping marks or die lines.
Over printing
Difference in finished product size
*Product is shipped flat and pre-assembled.
You agree that you shall indemnify and defend PremiumCustomBoxes™ and all related parties to PremumCustomBoxes against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms and Conditions or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic or other material you incorporated into Products that was not part of the standard Site Content.
Premium Custom Boxes has the right to use any printing technique which is well suited to them.
We do not use food grade paper/card stock for printing. If you have any such requirements please let us know in advance before placing the order.
Premium Custom Boxes usually delivers the exact number of products but there is a chance of 5% underruns or overruns so the customer requires the exact quantity of products it is advised to order 10% over the required quantity.
After the order placement is complete Premium Custom Boxes will let the customer know of the time it will take to produce the order. In such case that the customer requires the product urgently then the customer needs to inform Premium Custom Boxes in advance. Urgent printing will usually incur extra charges based on the nature and quantity of the product.
Shipping and delivery of the products is taken care of by Premium Custom Boxes free of charge to the customers. The customer only needs to pay for the product as agreed in the final agreement and the delivery of the product is the concern of Premium Custom Boxes.
Premium Custom Boxes tries its best to print and ship orders on time. Premium Custom Boxes cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to technical difficulties, weather conditions, shipping company delays, customs issues or any circumstances that are beyond the control of Premium Custom Boxes. Shipping time is calculated based on the estimates provided by our supplier and order history. In case there is a delay in any urgent order, expedite fee will be waived where applicable.
Customers are required to pay customs duty and other fees related to shipping in case of orders outside of the United States. It is the customers responsibility to clear any such issues.
